The legal clauses of the voyage, kept brief. Signing on means you agree to them.

Who may sign on

You must be 18 or over, an adult in your own country. The account is yours to look after; guard the password like a key card.

What the service is

A fiction in chat form, in which an AI model plays invented crew. Whatever a character claims about the cosmos or anything else may be false, and none of it is medical, legal, money or navigation advice. Characters can be wrong, and the Halcyon Debt rarely corrects them.

Berths and payment

Plus is bought in advance, in USDT, covering a fixed run of days, and no instalment follows by itself. Cargo once loaded is not unloaded: no refunds are issued at this dock, except where the law requires them. Mis-key the amount or pick another network and the money can be lost to the pay office as much as to you.

What you may not do

Break the standing orders, break the law, defeat the chat's built-in limits, attack the site, copy it wholesale or sell on your berth. Any of that may get the account suspended or closed.

Your transmissions

What you write stays yours. We keep it and pipe it through the model so the chat runs safely, while automated checks read messages to enforce the orders.

Course changes

The route, the roster or the whole site may be rerouted, paused or ended. Whatever alters what you receive is logged in the ship's log beforehand. We provide the site as it stands, guaranteeing nothing beyond what law requires, and any claim against us stops at your previous month of payments, where the law allows.
